Located below the slopes of mountain Durmitor, at the narrowest part of the river Komarnica. For a long time, this natural gem has been hidden from the eyes of people and the first passage through it was in 1965. It is the last conquered canyon in Europe. 

The canyon is 1.8 miles long, with many waterfalls, whirls, and passages made by the water. In some places, Nevidio cliffs are two feet wide and 1/4mile high
